Insurance and Fees

I am currently an in-network provider for Aetna, United Healthcare/Optum, and Blue Cross Blue Shield. This usually means that you have a co-pay for each session that you pay to me as the provider, and your insurance will pay for the rest of my fee. Some plans have a deductible that must be met first, so you pay the full contracted rate for sessions until your deductible has been met. Each specific plan is different, so please be sure to verify your coverage. I can assist you with that process if you don't know where to begin.

For those who do not have one of these insurance plans, my fee is anywhere from $100-$175 per 55 minute session, or $200-$250 for an 85 minute session. I allow clients to select the fee and session length that works best for them as part of my intake paperwork. I can occasionally offer lower sliding scale fees, but at this time those spaces are full.

Money is part of the world we live in, and is part of our client-therapist relationship. It is not a determination of anyone's value as a human being. I strive to make payment arrangements with minimal awkwardness and zero shame.

I use a secure payment system for all transactions called Ivy Pay, which can accept debit, credit, FSA or HSA cards.
